I have a Perpetual License being used on a single PC with one System ID.
At the moment the information in my User Account shows 2 Licenses using the same System ID but with different Activation IDs.
One, the one that I have always used, is listed as Perpetual with Standard Support expiring in Dec. 2020. Avid Link shows this License as being activated and lists it as "Annual".
The second License in my User Account - with a different Activation ID - is listed also as Perpetual with Elite Support and expiring in Dec. 2019. Avid Link shows this License as being "Available" and Perpetual, not Activated and expiring in Dec. 2019.
Avid Link lists a thrid License as being "Unavailable", Perpetual, no Activation ID, not Activated and expiring in Dec. 2020. This License does not show in my User Account.
One last thing. For several years now I have not been renewing my License using Avid, but have been renewing through an Avid reseller. For this reason I have not opted-in to the new Avid money collector system, nor have I made any update to my payment method information in my User Account, but I am being pestered with mails telling me that my credit card has expired and that support will end!
Is there any way to get this confusion sorted out?
