Is there a recommended workflow for the Sony PMW-F55 16 bit raw files into Avid.

I downloaded and installed the new Sony Plugins for XDcam and for Raw.

Is there a guide for a workflow from Raw  through Avid and then on to a Digital Cinema Deliverable?

I would gladly buy a book if one exists.
