I just bought an Avid support code, I am having problem
launching the MC 8.10 i am supposed to use on this editing gig i just started,
there is no technical support at this company, so it's up to me basically.
I just needed phone help on this MC software but now (after my Visa payment went through)
I still haven't received The Code in question.
What I am missing and cant I get reimbursed if I don't use it.
This is turning into a mini-nightmare
Also, I am presently in Germany so the phone contact for Avid here is basically
basic.
I am at loss
