I’m having problems installing (re-installing) Media Composer 7 with Symphony. I had previously Symphony 6.5 installed but the hard drive was wiped before deactivation. I sent an e-mail to Marianna Montague (a reply to a previous related conversation) but then realized that she might not be in charge of that department anymore. Can someone tell me who should I contact for issues with my “perpetual licenses” installations?. I also have an annual support contract.
