upgrade 8.5 on subscription - now software won't start!

Everything was fine with 8.4.4 under subscription. Upgraded to 8.5 and now software won't start - Says "trial is over" but I was't on the trial.  Cannot deactivate. AppManager see licensing and show up to date info.

Anyone know how to fix this???

 

Phone support has just gone home.
