What is the best color space for UHD ProRes?

first question is I use sony s7 shot my film, but I cannot link the mov files form s7, somebody told me I can transcode. I dont konw what kind of format I shoud transcode, ProRes or DNxHD?

what kind of color space I shuld use when I first setup my AVID project?
