Trying to update the Support and update plan for MC 8.6 xxx

All I am getting in response to a request to look into a Debit Card apparent issue 

is (quote) "We have created a case no " 

What is the use of that when all I want to do is pay for it when I know the card is 

ok elsewhere , 

thank you...

Just tried PayPal that didn't work either it works on any other account don't know what i'm 

doing wrong all I want to do is renew and happy days again for another year hopefully...
