Export 29.97 drop frame

Hello, 

I am needing to export from my 23.976 sequence to 29.97. There is a drop down in an Avid export setting that allows me to do this. However, I don't see a button for drop or non drop frame. How can I create drop frame and can I check my export after to make sure its correct?
