So Mac based Avids, across all 6, running OS 10.10.5, MC 8.6.3 DNxIO 10.7, all 2013 mac pros. 1080p25
When you matchframe a sequence it loads the clip in the source monitor, then match frame again and you load the video subclip.
Now, if after the first time you matchframe, you use the keyboard command to deselect V1 on source, and click matchframe, the audio source file is loaded.
If however you de-select V1 in the timeline window on the source side, using the mouse, when you match frame it toggles back to the record side, and you have to either click on the source or hit esc to re activate the source and matchframe again.
I know its only a small thing, but it never happened on previous versions on Avid, you could just deselect the V1 and hit matchframe and it would load the audio source clip.
If you have the timeline toggled to source view then it works fine.
It's as though by simply clicking on the timeline window you are reactivation the record side, even if you are just de-selecting V1 on source.
Has anyone else experienced this and is it classed as a bug?
