FS5 xavc intra 100 vs DNxHD

Hello everyone,

i'm going to work with FS5 footage, wich codec should i use to work at 10 bit without any loss?

XAVC intra 100 or DNxHD 185x?

I know that that 185x is more realiable but it's pretty heavy.

the project is set to 1080 25p and i have also a lot of slow motion.
