The program can't start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I tried re-installing. Didn't work. So I did some searching on Microsoft and found some threads aout MSVCR100.dll is missing. Which isn't exactly right. Finally I found a link that led to the answer. What the guy talks about is not exactly right either. I'm running Wiondows 10 and now have MC 8.6.3. I found a more recent link than the one on that page.
Go here and choose the bit rate your system is (windows 10 is 64)
