Sony Plug-in issue

Hi all


I've installed a plug-in (Sony_PDZK-MA2_v.3.32)  on multiple computers in order to make AVID compatible with footage from the Sony FS7. I've used some footage as a test to make sure it was all working (they were in an XAVC MXF format) and all but one worked. When I attempted to AMA-link to the footage, it just said; "There were errors AMA-linking to the footage" and nothing else.
All the versions of AVID are the same (7.0.4), however I should point out that this computer in particular is on a different version of OS (Mavericks, 10.9.5) to the rest so my initial guess is that it probably has something to do with that. Does anyone have an idea on what might be causing this error that it won't provide me any details about?
