MC 8.6.3 Using mix tracks instead of a multitrack

is there A way to view only a stereo mix for a multitrack dialogue audio that has been autosynced with video during the edit so that the timeline doesn't look messy? i also need to use the tracks afterwards for exporting the omf of the final cut.
