M2T files problem in AMC 8.6.1

Hi

I have my footage in M2T format (Sony z7) and after uppgrading to AMC 8.6.1 I have problem:
I can not link my files and I have to import them. Then When I import them I get problem in the video (like hoocks).

I convert a file to MOV format and its worked very ok but I lose quality of my footage in converting.
Please any body hade this problem or know what I have to do?
