I have a dongle that is having licensing issues. This shouldn't be an issue for me as I have several valid and available software licenses. Unfortunately Application Manager is expecting a dongle and will not allow a software license. On another system I can remove the dongle and App Manager states Deactivated and the drop down menus give me online, offline and floating. With the system in question it only offers Convert and Upgrade even though there is no dongle installed.
Does anyone know how to convince Application Manager that there is no dongle installed? I can go back and forth between dongle and software license on my own system all day long but not the system in question. I've already tried uninstalling and re-installing.
