1. Offline to Online 2.Batch Re-Import/Import?

Hi,

I have got a question about making an ONLINE from OFFLINE. Could someone tell me if I am doing it right,  and if not point out the mistakes? 

Here is what I do step by step:

1. Link to Media (AMA)

2. Transcode to lower resolution. I put all .NEW clips into a new bin.

3. Do editing

4. When I am done I click on the create Sequence and then just RELINK? is that all?

I have been searching for some good step by step instruction but not all is understable for me.

Also, what is the difference bewteen RELINK and BATCH RE-IMPORT (on my avid there is only batch re-import or batch capture, there is no batch import). I have read somewhere that Batch is used only when doing IMPORT MEDIA and not AMA.

Can some one be so nice and explain it to me? :)
