I work in an UHD50p project. I linked all media and switched the project format to 1080/50p. Then transcoded the clips to 1080p50 DNxHD 240. I relinked the timeline to the transcoded clips. On the timeline they all show the space (S) effect.
Some clips need color correction (mainly auto brightness).
So, I entered the color correction editor and made the first correction which ran o.k. With another correction to the next clip, MC crashes, and can only be stopped from multiple crashes by the Windows task manager (stop Media Composer). This behavior is reproducable and not bound to a specific clip. It always happens with the second color correction after restart MC.
If I switch the project to UHD/50P (media are still 1080/50p in DNxHD 240), I can make the color corrections to the same timeline without any problem - no crash.
