I just downloaded the trial version of BCC10 and was wondering if anyone knew how to optimize Media Composer 8.5.3 so that the "real time" effects in BCC actually play in Real time.

DNxHD175X @23.976 on a 4TB USB3 G-Drive
Systems Specs:
Mac Pro (Late 2013) (El Capitan)
2.7 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5
64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC
AMD FirePro D700 6144 MB
One of the effects in question is the BCC Beauty Studio Effect. The effect has a green dot signifying real time capabilities, but once I hit play, it'll play in real time maybe 50% of the time. And I have to keep my Timeline settings at "green/yellow". If I go completely "green", there's no chance it plays in real time.
My system should be more than qualified to run these effects in real time, and even a Boris representative has said that I shouldn't be having any problems. Is it possible I'm missing a setting inside AVID that would help run these effects in Real Time?
