dialogue on a windy beach ?

Hi,

I'm cutting a dialogue scene set on a windy beach.  I have lowered A1 & A2 containing wind and dialogue, but this means that voices are a touch difficult to hear.  Also, on A3 & A4 there is just wind only, also at a low DB level, so the overall mix generally is OK - except I want to bring up vocals a bit.  Would it be best to keyframe the dialogue on A1 & A2 and raise the DB levels here only?  Or is there something available in the AudioSuite, etc., that can achieve the desired balance?
