One of my students notified me that it is not possible to activate Media Composer | First.
Launching Media Composer prompts you Login to Avid Link, in Avid link there is however no option to insert Serial Number for MC | First.
Login in to Avid link does not solve the issue, although a Avid First serial is present in the Avid Account.
I have checked this for myself, and indeed... It is impossible to activate First in the Avid Link version 2019.8.
While Media Composer keeps saying 'login to Avid Link and relaunch Media Composer | First', there is no option to add the First serial-number in Avid link.
Can anyone help us?
