Avid Application Manager won't update my account after I paid the annual update

Hi All,

I just renewed my perpetual license before it expires by the end of the year but it won't update in my account in my Application manager. It kept popping up that my support plan is about to expired. I already paid with my credit card last week. I also checked in my master account it said that Time Period:Dec 30, 2014- to -Dec 29, 2016 but how come it won't update in my Application Manger? Have I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.
