Mojo DX slot on the z840 HP Workstation ?

I am considering adding the Mojo DX (for SDI in and for Monitoring) on my z840 workstation.

I have reviewed this site:

Can I use Slot 3 or 4 for the Mojo DX or is Slot 5 the only slot recommended?  And I need to change some jumpers on the motherboard too?
