23.976 to 59.94 Pull-down

I have a QuickTime of a 90minutes show in 23.976. I need to make a 2:3 pull-down to export it in 59.94.

I have AMA linked my 23.976 QuickTime in a 59.94 project. Can anyone tell me what setting I should use in the Motion Effect editor to ensure a proper pull-down of my file? Here is what I got so far that seems to give me the best result:

(Duplicate Field / 2:3 Pulldown AA BB BC CD DD) / Output: Progressive)
